We install solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and ceramic tile, and we sand, finish and repair what is already down.
Solid hardwood, engineered planks, luxury vinyl plank and ceramic tile. Subfloor checked and leveled before anything goes down, then layout, transitions, thresholds and shoe molding. Herringbone, chevron and curved radius runs are cut and fitted on site.
Existing wood sanded back to raw, edges and corners included, with dust containment up before the machines start. Then stain to the shade you choose and coats of finish. A dark red oak can come back light, a worn floor can come back the way it looked the day it was laid.
Water damage, pet stains, cupped boards, splits and gaps at transitions. New boards are woven into the existing floor rather than patched over the top, so once the finish goes on the repair stops being visible.
Twenty years is long enough to have learned the jobs that get turned down. These are ours.
